Halloween in July and teaching art classes!

I called my very favorite craft store today to ask about chipboard availability. Neither Michael's or Joann Fabrics could accommodate and so I left the best for last which is Ben Franklin Crafts and Frame shop. Oh, how I love that store and wouldn't you know leading the charmed life that I do I was asked to teach classes! How can I turn that down. Very excited to plan and help women find their artistic voice. I will post the proposed mixed media tag project as soon as I get things planned out.
I couldn't resist the sidewalk sale outside of the store and found a great deal on a hodge podge package of assorted Halloween goodies for my crafting ventures.

I'm almost finished setting up my shops so stay tuned!

Here's a peek at some of things I'll be putting up for sale in my shops shortly. I started doing mixed media a few months back and really love it.

I will have several of my art dolls up as well. This is Annie. I'm currently working on a Fae Folk friend and can't wait to show you!

The photo shoot hurdles have been scaled and it's a clear run to the finish line this week! I've been doing so much mixed media the last few months that my sewing machine needed a dusting. Below is the liner for a new groovy bag I'm putting together. Will be just the right size to house your gemstones, makeup or secret do dads.

It's been a busy couple of months with several things that kept me from my art studio. I'm so happy to say that I will be setting up my shop on both Scott's Marketplace and Etsy very soon!
Keep an eye out in the next few days for a peek at some of my artwork that will be for sale shortly.
